There were so many different cheeses to choose from, Spinach Artichoke Cheese, Fiesta Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Wisconsin Trio Cheese & Traditional Cheese. Pictured above is Fiesta Cheese which consist of aged cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers, salsa. The cheese can be as spicy as you want it.
In my opinion, the bread paired better with the Fiesta Cheese. I loved the creamy fiesta cheese. All we were missing was some tortilla chips and I would have gone to town! Lol. Superb. I loved the fact that you can make the Fiesta cheese as hot as you would like! I didn't like the bread with the Spinach Artichoke Cheese, but some people did enjoy it.
The granny smith apples and the Spinach Artichoke cheese was amazing. Oddly enough, I wasn't sure at first, but the flavors were well balanced and delicious. The Spinach Artichoke cheese was superb. The apples and the Fiesta cheese didn't mesh well together in my opinion, maybe because of the spiciness of the cheese.
The veggies which consisted of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower was delicious in both cheese's. Pictured below is the broccoli dipped in the Fiesta Cheese. I know that I am ranting and raving but that Fiesta Cheese was delicious.
Pictured above is the Mojo Broth which is the Caribbean inspired bouillon which is a chicken broth with garlic and citrus and fresh herbs. The broth is used to cook your meat and seafood right in front of you. The lady gives you a recommended time of how long to cook each piece of meat or seafood. She recommended using a timer to help you to know when each meat would be cooked. We didn't need a timer, because Brian and I are Chef's. We could feel when it was time to take the food out. Kmsl. Of course, you do know that I told them that. Lol.
Seriously, the waitress recommended two minutes on all meats/seafood except the Angus Sirloin, which took about 3 minutes and the veggies were a little longer depending on the tenderness of the veggies that you preferred.
Pictured above is the Ahi tuna. The Ahi tuna is a sesame-crusted sushi grade Ahi Tuna. The Tuna paired best with the Curry, Green Goddess and the Angry sauce. Now I will say, some enjoyed it with the Gorgonzola sauce, but I don't like Gorgonzola cheese (Veined Italian blue cheese) so I didn't care for it.
Here is a picture of the couples that helped Scott celebrate his 40th birthday in Style. Pictured below is Pastor Shawn & Mrs. Nichole Marcell.
Pictured below Frankie & Tammy Stelly.
Pictured below is Vance & Kari Campbell.
Pictured below is Mr & Mrs. Brian Dumas. Lol..
All I have is a few recommendations to make for an even more pleasant time would be for better lighting. It's a little dark and I think it can use more lighting or better lighting. Also, I think a timer for those who may not be able to determine when their food is ready. Lol. Everyone is not a pro like Brian & I. Kmsl. Possible a card on the table with a list of the sauces and what it pairs best with. Most people forgot by the time she left the table.
Other than that, everything was on point! If you are looking for a place to celebrate your birthday, anniversary, promotion or just looking for a great place for a date night with friends or with your spouse, this is the place to be.
